What order tracking updates will I receive?

We'll keep you in the loop about your order journey through convenient email and SMS notifications. Here's what to expect:

In Transit: Get notified with an estimated delivery timeframe when your order leaves our warehouse. Please note: tracking details may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Out for Delivery: You'll receive another notification with a detailed timeframe when your package gets close. 

Delivered: You'll receive a final notification confirming successful delivery.

Exception: If an unexpected delay or issue occurs with your shipment, you'll be notified with details and next steps.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Unfortunately, due to various delivery restrictions and regulations, we are unable to ship to every country. The easiest way to check your eligibility is to enter your full shipping address during checkout. If your country is eligible, it will appear in the country field within the address section. If your country doesn't appear, it means we currently don't offer shipping there. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you ship to Military APO addresses?

Yes, we do ship to Military APO addresses. 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we do! We happily ship to PO boxes within the United States.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time. We focus on providing reliable standard shipping, but we're always evaluating options for the future. 

How do I opt out of text messages?

Simply reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving texts. You will receive a confirmation letting you know you've successfully opted out. Remember, this only affects text messages, not email. 

Will I be charged customs fees?

Your international order might incur customs duties or taxes based on your country's rules. These costs are your responsibility (determined by your government) and separate from our shipping fees.

Due to the complexities of customs, we cannot offer refunds for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by customs.

What happens if customs seizes my package?

Customs regulations vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order. They have the latest information on allowed and restricted items, helping you avoid issues and ensuring a smooth delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by customs unless the package is returned to us. 

Are there holidays or other exceptions that could delay my order's arrival?

Holidays: Our fulfillment center observes major holidays to allow employees time to spend with loved ones. Please note that processing and shipping will not occur on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day (January 1st)
  • Good Friday (varies by year - typically in March or April)
  • Memorial Day (Last Monday of May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (First Monday of September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday of November)
  • Black Friday (The day after Thanksgiving)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

Our fulfillment center observes these holidays, even if they fall on a weekend. Here's how closures are typically handled:

  • If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the fulfillment center will be closed on the preceding Friday.
  • If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the fulfillment center will be closed on the following Monday.

Carrier Delays: While we work hard to ensure your order is shipped timely, unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather can sometimes cause delays once a package reaches the carrier.
