Marketing &Advertising Compliance Guidelines

These Marketing & Compliance Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to your participation in the Golden After 50 Ambassador Program (the "Program"), operated by Healthy Trends Worldwide LLC, doing business as Golden After 50 ("we," "us," or "Company").These Guidelines are incorporated into and form part of your Ambassador Program Agreement.

1. General Compliance

  • You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines

  • Including, but not limited to: FTC, FDA, FTC Endorsement Guidelines, and platform-specific policies (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • You are responsible for ensuring your marketing content is accurate and not misleading

2. Required Disclosures

  • You must clearly disclose your relationship with Golden After 50 when promoting products

  • Acceptable disclosures include:

    • "I may earn a commission"

    • "Sponsored" or "Paid partnership"

  • Disclosure must be clear, visible and not hidden

3. Claims & Messaging Restrictions

You may not make any claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. You may not use medical or disease-related language. All claims must be truthful, not misleading, and consistent with approved product messaging.

Ambassadors MAY:

  • Use approved product descriptions and benefits

  • Share personal experiences (truthful, not exaggerated)

  • Speak generally about wellness and lifestyle support

  • When in doubt, ambassadors should default to general wellness language such as "supports", "helps maintain", or "promotes" rather than definitive claims

Ambassadors MAY NOT:

  • Claim products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease

  • Use medical terminology (e.g., "treats high blood pressure", "reverses vision loss")

  • Make unrealistic or guaranteed results claims

4. Approved Content & Creative Use

  • You may use materials provided in the ambassador portal

  • You may create your own content, but it must comply with these guidelines

  • We reserve the right to request edits or removal of any content

  • You may not modify or alter official Golden After 50 marketing materials in a misleading or non-compliant way.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You may only use Golden After 50's trademarks, branding, and materials as provided or approved. You may not use our brand in a way that is misleading or unauthorized.

6. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Ambassadors MAY NOT:

  • Use fake reviews or testimonials

  • Use spam (email, SMS, DMs)

  • Use coupon / deal sites without approval

  • Engage in tracking manipulation ,cookie stuffing,or false attribution

  • Use health-related fear-based, exaggerated, or misleading messaging when promoting products

  • Use incentives such as cash, rewards, or prizes to generate clicks or sales without prior approval

  • Promote illegal activities

7. Paid Ads & Search

Ambassadors MAY NOT:

  • Run paid ads using Golden After 50 brand terms or variations

  • Bid on keywords related to our brand or product names

  • Create ads that appear to represent or impersonate Golden After 50

  • Use deceptive practices, including cloaking or misleading redirects

8. Testimonials & Endorsements

  • Testimonials must reflect honest, real experiences and may not be false, misleading, or exaggerated

  • You must have the legal right or permission to use any testimonial, including permission from the individual providing it.

  • You must disclose any material connection to Golden After 50, including commissions, free product, or other incentives.

  • You may not use testimonials that imply typical results or make claims that cannot be substantiated.

9. Email & SMS Marketing (if permitted)

  • You must comply with applicable laws, including, but not limited to, CAN-SPAM and TCPA laws

  • You must have proper consent from recipients

  • You must include a clear opt-out or unsubscribe option

  • You may not send messages on behalf of Golden After 50 without approval, or represent yourself as the Company

  • We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit certain marketing channels at our discretion

10. Fraud & Abuse

Ambassadors may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices, including but not limited to:

  • Generating fake traffic, leads or orders

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated methods

  • Misrepresenting identity or impersonating customers

  • Engaging in credit card fraud or unauthorized transactions

11. Privacy Policy

If you collect any user data in connection with your marketing activities, you must have a clear and compliant privacy policy and handle data in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Complaint Notification

You agree to promptly notify us, but in no event exceed five (5) business days, of any complaints or regulatory inquiries related to your promotional activities.

13. Enforcement & Violations

We reserve the right to:

  • Request content removal

  • Suspend or terminate your account

  • Withhold commissions for violations

  • Reverse commissions for non-compliant or refunded orders

  • We may delay payouts during investigation of potential violations

14. Brand & Compliance Protection

  • We reserve the right to require modification or removal of any content that we determine to be non-compliant, misleading, or inconsistent with our brand standards.

15. Updates to Guidelines

  • These guidelines may be updated at any time

  • Continued participation means acceptance of updates
