What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and completing activities listed in our Ways to Earn section above. Points can be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Sign-up is 100% free, and there is no additional cost to start earning or redeeming
points. You can earn points by purchasing Golden After 50 products on our site, or though other actions listed on the rewards page.
How do I redeem my points?
To see your available points, sign in to the My Account page. A minimum of 100 points is needed to begin redemption. When you redeem your points for savings, you'll receive an email with a unique discount code, which you can enter at checkout. Our checkout only allows (1) discount code or promotional code per order.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no limit to the points you can earn! The more you shop, the more you earn. You
can also earn points by completing activities on the rewards page.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the
discount was applied, less shipping and handling costs. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.
Do points ever expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not intereracting with
our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.
Why didn't I earn points for a purchase/incentive?
You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. You also won't receive
points if you return your purchase, or your purchase is cancelled for any reason.
Points can take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. If you still do not see them in your 'Rewards history' after 24 hours, try logging out and back into your account.

How do I get my birthday reward?
To make sure you don't miss out, remember to register your birthday in your rewards
account at least 30 days before birthday. On your birthday, we'll send you a unique discount code valid for 30 days!
If you register within 30 days of your birthday this year, don't worry! You'll still receive your code, though it may arrive 30 days after registering instead. But starting next year, your code will automatically appear in your inbox right on your special day.
If you register after your birthday, your reward will be added to your account on the following year's birthday.

How does the Refer a Friend Program work?
Spread the love, and earn rewards! Here’s how it works:
Share Your Unique Referral Link:
Each customer has a unique referral link they can share with friends. Share your link via email, social media, or directly with your friends. When they follow it, they'll get a code good for $20 off their first purchase.
Friends Make a Purchase Using Your Code:
When your friend makes a purchase using your unique referral code, two things happen:
- They get $20 off their first purchase: Your friend enjoys a nice discount on their first Golden After 50 purchase.
- You earn $20: When your friend completes their purchase, you'll get 400 points, which you can redeem for a $20 discount code for your next order.
Important Things to Keep in Mind:
- Minimum Purchase Amount: To qualify for both your friend's and your referral rewards, your friend's first purchase must be $20 or more. So, the discount code cannot be used on an order less than $20.
- One Reward Per Friend: Each friend can only use their referral code once. They cannot use the same code again on future purchases. But remember, you can share your code with as many friends as you like!

Is there a minimum purchase amount for my friend to use my referral code and for me to earn a reward?
Yes, there is a minimum purchase amount of $20 for your friend’s first purchase in order for you both to earn an award. This means:
- Your friend: They can enjoy the $20 discount on their first purchase, but only if their order total is $20 or more.
- You: You’ll earn 400 points (redeemable for $20 off) only after your friend successfully completes a purchase of $20 or more using your referral code.

Error message: Double-check email addresses are correct and separated by commas. Try sending them one at a time instead of entering all at once. For faster help, use your unique referral link or share on social media.
