Golden After 50 Return Policy
Golden After 50®, a brand of Healthy Trends Worldwide LLC, wants you to feel confident about your purchase and satisfied with your experience. This return policy applies to orders placed directly through the Golden After 50 website.
Because dietary supplements support the body's natural processes, results and individual experiences may vary from person to person. We recommend allowing enough time to use the product as directed to properly evaluate your experience.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product purchase price paid, excluding any original shipping and handling charges.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@goldenafter50.com or call 1-800-351-6106 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Returned items must be postmarked within 90 days of the delivery date and shipped back to our warehouse. Please return all bottles from your order, opened or unopened. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers should retain their return shipping tracking number and provide it to our support team once the return has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order. If the original payment method is no longer available or the card has been closed, we will issue the refund by check.
Once your return shipment shows as delivered, please allow additional time for our warehouse to receive. Inspect, and log the return. Once the return has been processed, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
